Terms of Service Policy

Paint It All Joy is a mobile studio that offers painting instruction for both education and entertainment. You can choose between private and public events at your home, workplace, or venue of your choice, as well as virtual classes that bring people together from different locations. Each Paint Party is a unique experience that allows you to complete one work of art in about two hours, while also socializing with others.

All example paintings are meant to be a guide, with each person adding their own unique interpretation. The finished product will have its own style and beauty that may differ from the original. Students are encouraged to diverge from the instructor’s lead and have fun with it, as it’s meant to be a fun night out rather than an academic course.

This statement indicates that Paint It All Joy reserves the right to ask individuals who are abusive or belligerent towards their staff or other participants to leave.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy for in-person events allows for refunds or alternative options if cancellation is made prior to 72 hours before the event. However, cancellations made within 72 hours, or “No Shows,” are not eligible for refunds, kits, or credits. Online classes with or without shipped supply kits are non-refundable due to the availability of a recording. Exceptions to the policy may be made in cases of extreme emergencies.

SUPPLIES

At Paint It All Joy, we prioritize your safety. We stay informed about the latest guidelines for handling all the supplies we provide. Our Paint Party packages include paints, canvases, and other necessary materials unless otherwise specified. We suggest wearing our aprons or suitable painting attire, but we cannot be held liable for any paint-related damages. We advise you to wear clothing that you don’t mind getting paint on.

PAYMENT

To purchase tickets, payment is required at the time of purchase and reservations must be made in advance. This ensures that seats are secured and any necessary supplies are prepared or shipped(in needed) in a timely manner.

SOCIAL MEDIA

We want to show off how much fun we’re having and reserve the right to use and promote images of paint party participants on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google+. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, attendees agree to allow Paint It All Joy to upload their personal images to any of the company’s social media platforms or promotional materials. However, attendees may opt-out of being photographed or having their photographs used by submitting a written or emailed statement.

Age Restrictions

Painters must be at least 18 years of age for most public classes but ages 13 to 17 are welcome to participate if they are accompanied by an adult. Certain classes or events specifically identified as Family Day events may have lower age restrictions as posted on the specific class or event. This policy can be waived for private parties but only with the approval of the party organizer who must notify us that they have given such approval.

Non-painter Policy

A paid or complementary reservation is required for all guests. Non-painting guests are not allowed for public classes and are discouraged, but may be allowed, for private parties at the discretion of the private party organizer.
